2.  Deep fried eatables
It has been commonly acknowledged that fried foods aren’t healthy enough and should probably be avoided whenever it is viable. In addition to it, the reason behind avoiding deep fried food is not to pile on the pounds, these eatables just carry little nutritional value and might sometimes cause you serious health related problems. High cholesterol, high blood pressure is the common health issues which have been encountered in people who usually prefer deep friend stuffs.

4.  Cream based salad Dressings
