jungle safari generally starts at 7.00 am in the morning and lasts till 10.30
am during the winters, while in summers it is from 6.30 am to 10.00 am.

Park is known for the large popular of diurnal tigers, that is, tiers that can
be seen during the day. Besides the ferocious tigers, leopards, striped hyenas,
jackals, sloth bears palm civets, five striped squirrels and Indian flying
foxes are found moving round at ease. The biodiversity of the forest has led to
the large population of deer at Ranthambhore; from sambar, chital, black bucks
to chinkara deer, you can find almost all the species at this forest.

types of avian life found at Ranthambhore National Park. Graylag geese,
cuckoos, parakeets, woodpeckers, Indian grey hornbills, bee eaters, snipes,
doves, crakes, owls, nightjars, eagles, darters and terns are just few of them.
